Position Overview:
The US Healthcare Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals across diverse roles such as physicians, nurses, allied health staff, and administrative personnel. This position requires strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, compliance regulations, and recruitment best practices to ensure timely and effective staffing solutions.
Required skills:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for healthcare positions across the US.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Strong knowledge of job boards (Job Diva, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), VMS portals, and staffing platforms.
- Awareness of tax terms (W2,C2C,1099) and HIPAA
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry standards, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
Shift timing and working hours:
- Night shifts /EST
- Monday to Friday Fixed working days
