Position: Executive Engineer
Location: Coimbatore, Vadavalli
Shift: Night Shift
Salary
· Take-Home Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Engineer to manage and maintain facility engineering systems during the night shift. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical systems, HVAC, fire & safety systems, WTP/STP operations, and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and maintain electrical systems including Transformers, DG Sets, HT/LT Panels, ACBs, VCBs, and related equipment.
· Monitor power distribution and attend breakdowns as required.
· Operate and maintain HVAC systems such as Central AC, VRV/VRF Units, Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
· Monitor and maintain fire detection and firefighting systems.
· Ensure proper functioning of CCTV and other building management systems.
· Operate and maintain WTP and STP systems.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
· Maintain engineering logs, reports, and shift records.
· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience
· 2–8 years of relevant experience in malls, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, IT parks, or large facilities.
· Experience in Electrical Distribution Systems, HVAC, Fire & Safety Systems, WTP/STP Operations, and Facility Maintenance.
License Requirement
· Valid Electrical Supervisor/Contractor C License preferred.
· Candidates who have applied for a C License and are awaiting approval may also be considered.
