About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating with operators and drivers, and maintaining accurate booking records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer emails and calls, providing prompt and professional support.
2. Update customers with product information, booking status, and service updates.
3. Coordinate with operators to confirm bookings and assign drivers.
4. Maintain MIS (Management Information System) for all bookings, ensuring data accuracy.
5. Follow up on pending queries and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
6. Assist in operational tasks as required to ensure smooth trip execution.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
3. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Prior experience in customer service, operations would be a plus.
