Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and modern UI trends. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, Business Teams, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)
- Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Understand user behavior and business requirements to create intuitive user journeys.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and information architecture.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Improve the usability and accessibility of existing products.
User Interface (UI)
- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain consistency through design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Ensure designs align with DOQFY's brand identity and product vision.
- Design dashboards, forms, workflows, and enterprise SaaS interfaces.
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs ready for development.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements.
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers for accurate implementation.
- Participate in product planning and sprint discussions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality standards.
