About the Role
Chanakya Academy is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Artificial Intelligence Professional with in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, applications, and strategy. The ideal candidate will not only teach and mentor students but also lead the development of an AI-driven startup ecosystem within the institution.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive AI training programs (Beginner to Advanced level)
- Teach core AI subjects including:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Generative AI & LLMs
- Computer Vision
- NLP
- AI Tools & Automation
- Data Science & Model Deployment
- Develop curriculum, practical modules, and real-world projects
- Mentor students in AI-based startup ideas and product development
- Lead and establish AI Lab & Innovation Cell
- Guide research, hackathons, and AI-based competitions
- Build industry collaborations and AI partnerships
- Drive the launch and execution of AI startup initiatives
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of all technical projects
- Oversee all AI-related educational programmes undertaken
- Build and manage the technology team and partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, ML frameworks
- Experience with Generative AI tools, APIs, and model integration
- Understanding of AI deployment, cloud platforms, and automation tools
- Proven teaching or training experience (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial exposure / startup experience (highly preferred)
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Ability to build and lead a team
Experience
- 3–8+ years of relevant AI/ML experience
- Experience in EdTech / Startup / AI product development is an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
