Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid search strategies, campaign optimization, keyword research, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Shopping.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in conversion tracking and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
