About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you are responsible for actively approaching, advising, and expanding our customer base. You operate in a dynamic environment where your commercial instinct, discipline, and accuracy directly influence your success.
Your Responsibilities
This role requires assertiveness, confidence and a strong results‑driven mindset. You will:
- Achieve the agreed daily minimum number of outbound calls — this is your baseline performance.
- Act proactively, creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Execute up‑selling, deep‑selling, and cross‑selling activities and convert opportunities directly into revenue.
- Identify commercial opportunities and respond to them quickly and effectively.
- Follow up on leads and promotions thoroughly, without delays.
- Support aftersales, ensuring proper and professional follow‑up on service requests.
- Handle customer inquiries accurately and professionally, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Record all conversations correctly and completely — administrative precision is essential.
- Collaborate daily intensive with the Sales back office Exotic Trade team members in the Netherlands to ensure smooth coordination.
- Report daily to Supervisor regarding progress, performance, and any bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
