We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Educational Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right educational programs and career paths. The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for understanding students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs, and providing appropriate guidance regarding courses, certifications, admissions, and educational opportunities. The candidate will interact with prospective students through calls, emails, messages, and face-to-face meetings, explain program features and benefits, address queries, and assist students throughout the admission process. The role requires building strong relationships with students and parents, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring a positive counselling experience.
The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for generating admissions by converting inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling techniques. The candidate should maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems, track leads, schedule counselling sessions, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. The role also involves conducting career guidance sessions, educational seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to increase student engagement and awareness about available programs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills, along with the ability to understand students' needs and recommend suitable educational solutions. The Educational Counsellor must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms is preferred
