Position: L2 IT Support EngineerKey Responsibilities
- Provide Level-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user account administration.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and VPN connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and virtualization environments.
- Monitor and manage backup solutions and endpoint security tools.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Handle hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacement activities.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and third-party service providers.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and incident reports.
- Provide remote and onsite support to users and client locations.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and SLAs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
