Role Overview
The Marketing & Brand Specialist is a hands-on coordination and ownership role responsible for Solutionara's corporate brand, digital presence, employer branding, content, and marketing execution.
The role works closely with the Manager – GTM & Business Growth, HR, leadership, technical teams, and external marketing partners to maintain a consistent, credible, and differentiated market presence.
External partners may execute SEO, graphic design, social media production/posting, website optimization, digital campaigns, and other specialist activities. The Specialist remains responsible for briefing, coordination, review, governance, quality, and performance tracking while maintaining internal ownership of the marketing calendar, brand standards, employer branding, content priorities, and business alignment.
Compensation & Performance Model
₹5–7 LPA CTC, based on relevant experience, capability, technology-industry exposure, employer-branding experience, and overall fit.
- Fixed Compensation: 90%
- Annual Variable Pay (AVP): 10%
- Total Target CTC: 100%
AVP is performance-linked and evaluated under Solutionara's applicable performance framework and Company policy.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & Coordination
- Own the marketing and content calendar.
- Coordinate priorities across GTM, HR, leadership, and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear vendor briefs.
- Track campaigns, content, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Maintain visibility into campaigns, events, recruitment initiatives, and Company communications.
- Identify execution gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Outcome: An organized and predictable marketing operating rhythm aligned with business priorities.
2. Social Media & Digital Presence
Own the direction and quality of Solutionara's corporate social presence, particularly LinkedIn.
- Develop content themes and publishing priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external content creation.
- Review messaging, graphics, and campaigns before publication.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency.
- Monitor engagement, mentions, and relevant market conversations.
- Analyze performance and recommend improvements.
Where vendors perform production, scheduling, or posting, the Specialist remains accountable for quality, accuracy, timing, and brand alignment.
3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to communicate Solutionara's employee experience and support priority hiring.
Content may include:
- Employee spotlights and achievements
- Certifications and career progression
- Learning, training, and mentoring
- New-joiner experiences
- Team accomplishments and recognition
- Workplace initiatives and events
- Technology communities, culture, and values
- Priority hiring campaigns and recruitment creatives
Maintain consistency across corporate, employer, and recruitment branding.
Outcome: Build an authentic employer brand that supports attraction, engagement, and retention of technology professionals.
4. GTM & Business Growth Support
Work with the Manager – GTM & Business Growth (US Market) to translate commercial priorities into coordinated marketing execution.
Support may include:
- Service-specific campaigns
- Campaign briefs and digital assets
- Thought leadership
- Case studies and client success stories
- Service and capability content
- Events and webinars
- Social content
- Content-driven account engagement
- Marketing engagement reporting
The GTM function owns target markets, accounts, buyer personas, commercial strategy, qualified pipeline, opportunities, forecasting, and revenue targets. The Specialist owns supporting marketing execution.
5. Technology & Thought Leadership Content
Work with Solution Architects, Delivery leaders, engineers, and SMEs to translate technical expertise into accessible external content.
Key themes may include:
- Integration: Boomi, APIs, ERP/JD Edwards integration and modernization
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, cloud modernization, DevOps, infrastructure automation
- Data: Data engineering, migration, platforms, analytics, modernization
- Digital Engineering: Application development, modernization, digital platforms, PIM/DAM
- AI: AI-enabled engineering, automation, enterprise AI adoption, AI-assisted delivery
The Specialist is not expected to be a technical SME, but must understand technical concepts sufficiently to develop credible marketing content with SMEs.
6. External Marketing Vendor Management
Actively manage external partners supporting SEO, creative, social media, website optimization, campaigns, and other specialist activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop briefs, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide approved content and business context.
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate stakeholder approvals and revisions.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and agreed performance measures.
- Escalate quality or performance issues.
- Maintain visibility into outstanding work.
The role requires active vendor ownership—not simply forwarding requests between internal teams and agencies.
7. SEO, Website & Brand Governance
Provide internal governance for vendor-led SEO and website activity.
- Coordinate SEO priorities and review recommendations.
- Ensure website content accurately represents Solutionara's services.
- Coordinate SME input and review updates where required.
- Monitor website and SEO performance.
- Ensure activity aligns with target markets and service priorities.
- Maintain brand guidelines, templates, messaging, and approved marketing assets.
- Identify outdated or inconsistent materials and coordinate corrections.
Technical SEO execution is not required.
8. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Develop concise monthly reporting covering:
- Social reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Content and employer-brand performance
- Recruitment campaign performance
- Website traffic and organic visibility
- Campaign engagement
- Vendor performance
- Delivery against the marketing calendar
Reporting should explain what worked, what did not, why, recommended changes, and next-month priorities.
9. AI-Enabled Marketing
Use AI responsibly for research, ideation, briefs, social drafts, repurposing, campaign planning, employee stories, video scripts, analysis, competitive research, SEO support, and editing.
AI-generated work must be reviewed for accuracy, originality, confidentiality, brand alignment, and professional quality. AI should accelerate execution, not replace judgment or accountability.
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Corporate social media and LinkedIn experience.
- Content-calendar and marketing-deliverable management.
- Experience coordinating agencies, freelancers, or marketing vendors.
- Employer-branding or recruitment-marketing exposure.
- Strong written English and content-review skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
- Working understanding of SEO, websites, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to operate independently.

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- IT services, technology consulting, SaaS, software, engineering, or professional-services experience.

- Build a pipeline of employee stories and technical content.
- Establish monthly marketing reporting.
- Improve consistency across corporate and recruitment communications.
Days 61–90: Optimization
- Demonstrate consistent delivery against the marketing calendar.
- Establish a repeatable employer-branding program.
- Improve vendor governance and accountability.
- Provide actionable marketing-performance insights.
- Support at least one priority GTM campaign end-to-end.
- Establish a forward-looking quarterly marketing plan.
- Demonstrate improved quality and consistency of Solutionara's external presence.
