Position: Digital Marketing Executive & Personal Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook presence.
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Design marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and vendors when needed.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with daily office administration and personal assistant duties.
- Manage appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Handle basic customer communication and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Experience with content creation, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media advertising.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience working as an executive assistant or personal assistant.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing.
- Understanding of lead generation and brand-building strategies.
