We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented, and organized CRM Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and support the complete customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to efficiently manage leads, follow-ups, and customer queries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Schedule appointments, site visits, and meetings for the Sales team.
- Track the complete lead lifecycle, from inquiry to closure.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented in the CRM.
- Monitor pending leads and follow-up activities to achieve response-time targets.
- Support customer retention initiatives by maintaining regular communication with existing clients.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM Operations, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
