WoolGold India is a textile manufacturing company with a focus on producing premium fabrics for global markets. TooshModa, a fashion brand under WoolGold, focuses on premium retail and direct customer engagement.
We are looking for a Marketing & Business Strategy Lead to support growth initiatives across both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on marketing, business development, and performance-driven strategies.
Role Overview
This role focuses on driving marketing strategy, business growth, and digital initiatives across international and domestic markets. The candidate will work on expanding brand presence, supporting revenue growth, and strengthening marketing systems across both manufacturing (B2B) and fashion (B2C) segments.
Key Focus Areas
1. Business Growth (B2B & B2C)
- Support expansion into international markets (Europe, US, APAC)
- Contribute to brand positioning for both manufacturing and retail segments
- Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships
2. Marketing & Digital Strategy
- Support performance marketing, SEO, and content initiatives
- Assist in driving e-commerce and D2C growth for TooshModa
- Help manage CRM, analytics, and customer engagement systems
3. Commercial & Analytical Work
- Track marketing performance and support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and growth planning
- Align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and business strategies across B2B and B2C channels
- Support digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Help manage e-commerce operations, CRM systems, and performance tracking
- Contribute to SEO and content strategies
- Work with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns
- Prepare reports, insights, and performance analysis
- Participate in industry events, meetings, and client discussions as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or related roles
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in fashion, retail, textiles, or related industries is a plus
- Candidates from leading academic institutions such as ISB, IIMs, IITs, NIFT, or other reputed institutions are strongly encouraged to apply.
