Job Description: International Sales Specialist (B2B)
Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)
Compensation: Up to ₹6,00,000 PA + Competitive Incentives
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Weekly Off: Monday
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented International Sales Specialist to join our global outreach team. In this role, you will be the face of the company for our international B2B clients. You will manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Outreach: Conduct outbound cold calls and email sequences to prospective B2B clients in international markets.
- Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections professionally and navigate complex procurement processes to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure account retention and upsell opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Technical: Must be comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
- Logistics: Must possess and bring a personal laptop for official use.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be 35 years of age or below.
- Availability: Comfortable working permanent night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM) and taking a Monday weekly off.
