- Payroll Processing: Administer, compute, and disburse monthly salaries, including handling timesheets, overtime, leaves, and bonuses.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws; manage tax deductions, TDS returns, and statutory contributions.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee data, payroll files, and HRIS systems.
- Reporting: Prepare payroll reports and financial summaries for management and finance teams.
- Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding salary, tax, and benefits.
