Role Overview:
The Sales Team Lead will supervise the inbound sales team, ensure proper follow-ups, and support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily sales operations
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Support team members in lead handling and closures
- Assist in training new team members
- Handle customer escalations when required
- Ensure achievement of team targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare sales or related field
- Experience in team coordination
- Good communication and leadership skills
