GoKite Travel & Tours is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Global Visa Consultant – B2C Sales to assist individual clients with global visa services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating direct customer sales, providing expert visa guidance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to visa submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle direct customer inquiries for global visa services through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
- Provide accurate visa information, documentation checklists, processing timelines, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed visa applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely visa processing.
- Stay updated on global visa regulations, documentation requirements, and travel policies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales within the travel, tourism, or visa services industry.
- Strong knowledge of global visa processes, documentation, and application procedures.
- Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to build customer trust and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Target-driven, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
