Job Summary
M Vighnesh Enterprises, an authorized dealership of SANY Heavy Industries, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive for our Akola location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, or other earthmoving machinery. We are looking for candidates who can join at the earliest.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell heavy construction equipment, including excavators and other earthmoving machines.
- Identify potential customers through field visits and market development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the service and finance teams for smooth customer support.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in selling heavy construction equipment or earthmoving machinery.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
