Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in UPVC door and window fabrication.
- Good knowledge of UPVC profiles, frames, shutters, and fittings.
- Ability to take measurements and fabricate UPVC doors and windows as per specifications.
- Knowledge of cutting, drilling, welding, assembling, and fitting UPVC profiles.
- Ability to use fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Good understanding of hardware and accessories used in UPVC doors and windows.
- Ability to identify and rectify fabrication and fitting issues.
- Attention to measurements, finishing, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate UPVC doors and windows according to drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Cut and prepare UPVC profiles accurately.
- Perform welding, drilling, routing, and assembly of UPVC frames and shutters.
- Install and adjust hardware, glass, locks, handles, hinges, and other accessories.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, finishing, and quality of fabricated products.
- Inspect finished doors and windows before installation or dispatch.
- Coordinate with the installation/site team whenever required.
- Maintain fabrication tools, equipment, and work area properly.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Complete assigned fabrication work within the required timelines.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in UPVC door and window fabrication and should be capable of independently handling fabrication work with good accuracy and finishing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
