Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive our company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT sector and a passion for sales and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities in the IT sector.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and professional networking.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to offer tailored IT solutions (software, web development, digital marketing).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Track sales activities, update the CRM, and report on revenue generation progress.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven work experience in business development or a sales role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, language like: c, c++, Java, Python, Node.js, Database: Sql, Mysql, basic knowladge of digital marketing and website , software, app, ecommerse app..etc.
