Job Description – ASUS Laptop Service Engineer
Position: ASUS Laptop Service Engineer
Location: Onsite / Field Service
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Attend ASUS laptop service calls at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Carry out laptop repair, component replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct proper technical diagnosis before ordering or replacing spare parts.
- Handle onsite service calls within the committed SLA.
- Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and system updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain the issue and resolution.
- Coordinate with the branch and technical team for complex cases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper case closure.
Requirements
- Experience in laptop hardware servicing and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of motherboard, display, battery, keyboard, adapter, and other laptop components.
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet service timelines.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
