We are a growing Solar EPC company focused on making clean solar energy accessible to homeowners across Ahmedabad and Gujarat. We are looking for a motivated and field-ready Business Development Executive who can drive residential solar rooftop sales and ensure seamless project coordination from first inquiry to installation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive B2C sales of residential solar rooftop systems — from lead generation and customer visits to proposal and deal closure.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical team and maintain clear communication with the customer throughout.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely, smooth, and professional project execution at customer sites.
- Handle liaisoning and coordination with DISCOMs, government bodies, and relevant authorities for net metering and project approvals.
- Work closely with the accounts team for billing, payment follow-ups, and proper documentation
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field operations.
- Must own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) for customer and site visits.
- Prior experience in Solar EPC or renewable energy is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, or English.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with field responsibilities
