Job Title: Civil Supervisor – Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Operations for Airtel (Under HTIS Payroll)
Location: Muzaffarpur Zone, Bihar.
Positions: 1no.
Experience: 6+ months in OFC fieldwork
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Civil/ANY Other.
Key Responsibilities:
1> Arrange 4nos Civil Labour to Work in Feild.
2> Perform by Labour Soil Digging, Trenching, BackFilling.
2> Perform by Labour OFC Laying with Ducting, routing, and troubleshooting.
3> Manage materials, vehicle MIS, and daily attendance sign-off.
4> Ensure 100% safety compliance as per Airtel policy.
5> Handle site restorations, drop cable/OTB changes.
6> Lisoning with Local authorities for network protection & smooth execution.
7> Coordinate with infra partners to safeguard cables.
8> Maintain 12x7 availability with vehicle & labor support.
9> Speak, Read, Write in English Communication.
