About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive Admissions to represent the college through various on-campus and off-campus marketing and admissions activities.
The role involves engaging with prospective students, parents, school counselors, coaching centers, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the college's academic programs and guide students throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, along with a strong ability to achieve admissions and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the college at various on-campus and off-campus events and promotional activities.
Engage with prospective students, parents, school counselors, coaching centers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Distribute college brochures and other marketing materials at appropriate locations and events.
Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective applicants regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
Regularly follow up with prospective students and parents to facilitate the admission process and ensure timely closures.
Execute planned marketing and promotional activities to enhance awareness and visibility of the college and its programs.
Maintain accurate records and updates through MIS and other relevant systems.
Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing team to achieve individual and departmental admission targets.
Travel locally and outstation, as required, for admission promotion and marketing activities.

Proficiency in computer applications, including MIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must possess a personal vehicle for official travel.
Candidates must have their own laptop.
Willingness to travel for marketing, promotional, and admission-related activities.
