Business Development Executive (Real Estate) Job Overview: We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive business growth in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and business development activities - Contact prospective clients through calls, referrals, and follow-ups - Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable property options - Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits - Present project details, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships - Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups - Support the sales team in converting leads into successful bookings - Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets
