Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily administrative and business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and send quotations to clients.
* Manage and respond to emails professionally.
* Assist the CEO with daily administrative and operational activities.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using MS Office tools.
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.
* Maintain records, documents, and correspondence.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Support data entry, tracking, and reporting activities.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
* Any Degree (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional attitude and attention to detail.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in preparing quotations and handling business correspondence.
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
* Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
