Job Description
BeastDrive is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote our events, generate registrations, and convert leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain BeastDrive events, offers, and registration packages.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into registrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum PUC / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and any one of the following languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹7,814.61 - ₹19,139.56 per month
