ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are in search of an experienced Factory Timekeeper for our manufacturing facility in Maneed, near Piravom. You will maintain attendance, shift, overtime, and leave records for all factory staff — ensuring HR and payroll teams have accurate data every day. This is a compliance-critical role requiring high integrity and working knowledge of factory labour laws.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain daily attendance records for all factory employees, casual workers, and contract labour
- Track and record shifts, late arrivals, absenteeism, and overtime for every shift
- Assist in preparing shift rosters and tracking shift handovers
- Maintain leave records and process leave applications
- Compile monthly attendance, OT, and LOP reports for payroll
- Maintain all statutory registers under the Factories Act, 1948 and Kerala Labour Laws
- Coordinate with the gate team for accurate employee in/out records
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on attendance and manpower
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- SSLC / Plus Two minimum; Degree or Diploma in Commerce, HR, or Industrial Relations preferred
- 8 – 10 years of Timekeeper experience in a factory or FMCG company — mandatory
- Hands-on experience with biometric attendance systems
- Knowledge of Factories Act, 1948 and Kerala labour laws
- Good MS Excel skills — mandatory; HRMS experience is an advantage
- Fluent in Malayalam; basic English required
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential data with discretion

WHAT WE OFFER
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
