Process Audit Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring that sales operations, lead management pipelines, and customer relationship workflows run exactly as designed. They act as the "quality control" layer, bridging the gap between established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and day-to-day execution.
Job Overview
The Process Audit Assistant is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and auditing internal operational processes across the sales, telemarketing, and customer relationship lifecycles. This role involves conducting regular sample audits of lead data, call recordings, and system updates to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards. The ideal candidate identifies operational bottlenecks, tracks process deviations, and helps maintain the integrity of our sales funnel data.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Compliance Auditing: Conduct routine, random sample audits of recorded customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and communication guidelines.
- CRM & Data Integrity Verification: Cross-verify lead lifecycle updates within the CRM (e.g., Sell.Do, Salesforce) against actual communication logs. Ensure that lead scoring, dispositions, and next-action dates are accurately logged by the sales and allocation teams.
- SOP Adherence Tracking: Monitor workflows across various channels (including cloud telephony systems like MCUBE, WhatsApp Manager, and ERPs) to ensure teams are following mandated sequence steps without shortcuts.
- Deviation Reporting: Document process gaps, data entry errors, and pipeline delays (e.g., untracked leads or delayed follow-ups). Compile daily/weekly audit scorecards for team leaders.
- Financial & Timeline Reconciliation: Periodically audit the documentation for payment postings, booking confirmations, and customer onboarding lifecycles to ensure transparency and compliance with legal and internal timelines.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance (QA), or sales operations—ideally within Real Estate or high-volume sales environments.
Data & Tools
Strong proficiency in managing manual tracking funnels in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Comfort navigating CRMs and integrated cloud telephony.
Analytical Mindset
Exceptional attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies between system logs and actual user behaviour.
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills to objectively document errors and deliver constructive feedback data to operational teams.
