The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth material flow, and supporting production by maintaining accurate records of electronic components, raw materials, and finished goods. This role is crucial in keeping the supply chain efficient and production uninterrupted.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Receive, check, and store incoming electronic components and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual registers.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Material Handling
- Issue materials to production teams as per requisitions.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safe handling of sensitive electronic parts.
- Track movement of goods between departments.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and maintain inward/outward registers.
- Assist in maintaining compliance as per company policies.
- Support in preparing reports for management on stock levels and consumption.
- Coordination
- Liaise with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Communicate shortages or delays proactively.
- Assist in vendor returns and replacement processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma in Electronics / Supply Chain preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems / MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive electronic components with care.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
