Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our Design/Projects team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for residential, commercial, and real estate development projects.
The role involves converting architectural and engineering drawings into detailed BIM models, coordinating with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams, identifying design clashes, and supporting the project team with drawings and model-based information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for residential and commercial projects.
- Create architectural BIM models based on approved drawings and design specifications.
- Prepare and update floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
- Model walls, doors, windows, slabs, roofs, stairs, furniture, finishes, and other building components.
- Coordinate BIM models with Structural and MEP services.
- Identify and report clashes and design conflicts using BIM coordination tools.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings and detailed drawings for project execution.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM standards, and company requirements.
- Extract quantities and schedules from BIM models whenever required.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project/site teams.
- Maintain proper version control and documentation of BIM models.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Provide technical support to the project team regarding BIM-related requirements.
- Assist in creating presentation views, walkthroughs, and 3D visualizations when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Architectural Engineering / BIM Architecture / Civil Engineering will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
