Key Responsibilities of an Immigration Counsellor
- Counsel clients regarding study, work, visitor, PR, and other immigration visa options.
- Understand clients' profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Address client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain client records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the visa filing team to ensure a smooth application process.
Visa Filing Executive
- Prepare, review, and submit visa application files accurately.
- Verify client documents and ensure compliance with immigration guidelines.
- Maintain complete and organized records of all applications.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain pending documents and required information.
- Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure all applications are submitted within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in immigration counseling or visa filing will be preferred.
