Position Overview
The Counter Cashier is the first point of contact for guests at the restaurant counter. This role ensures smooth transactions, accurate billing, and a welcoming customer experience. The cashier also supports front-of-house operations by coordinating orders and maintaining cleanliness at the counter area.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly and assist with menu inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Cash Handling
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Issue receipts, manage change, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
