Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and prospective buyers in a professional manner.
- Attend incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain visitor records and manage visitor entry procedures.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Provide basic information about the project, amenities, location, and ongoing offers.
- Assist walk-in customers and direct them to the sales representatives.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily visitor reports and maintain customer inquiry records.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service executive.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality industry preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Working Hours
- As per company policy and project site requirements.
- Availability on weekends and holidays, if required.
Salary
- As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
