Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Generate leads, pitch the brand, evaluate candidates, and close franchise agreements to meet sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Research territories, identify high-potential locations, and analyze competitor activity in the F&B space.
- Onboarding: Coordinate with operations, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless store setup and launch.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for new franchisees, providing ongoing support and ensuring brand compliance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
