About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and performance-driven organic growth, with proven experience improving rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and business growth
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to guide SEO and content strategy
- Lead technical SEO activities including site audits, indexing, crawlability, and performance optimization
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO including content optimization, internal linking, and backlink strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and development teams to align SEO with business objectives
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze SEO performance data and prepare reports for leadership
- Improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance
- Mentor and support junior SEO team members
Requirements
- 4–6 years of SEO experience with proven performance results
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content SEO
- Experience in e-commerce and/or SaaS SEO is preferred
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field preferred
- SEO or digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage
