Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, performance marketing, paid advertising, content strategy, analytics, and campaign optimization. This role requires someone who can independently manage campaigns, analyze performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Manage PPC campaigns, monitor budgets, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and web developers to create high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys to improve lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the branding and marketing teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience working in a branding agency, digital marketing agency, or creative agency is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Good understanding of WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, page speed optimization, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar productivity tools for content creation, research, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
