We are looking for an experienced
Automation Testing Specialist to join an Agile QA team. The role involves ensuring high-quality delivery through effective
manual and automated testing across regression, sanity, security, performance, and SIT–UAT cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of an Agile testing team and participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Design and develop manual and automated test cases using Gherkin, Selenium WebDriver, Serenity BDD, Cucumber, and RestAssured
- Execute regression, sanity, performance, and security testing (manual & automation)
- Perform API testing and validation
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks
- Track and report QA metrics and KPIs
- Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders
- Act as a technical SME for the QA team
equired Skills & Experience
- 6–15 years of experience with 5–8 years in Automation Testing
- Strong hands-on experience in Java & Selenium
- Experience in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Proven experience with Serenity BDD
- Strong experience in REST API testing
- Ability to write quality test cases and scenarios
- Experience with Oracle / PostgreSQL (select queries)
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder interaction capability
