Hiring: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (1–6 Years Experience)
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our growing sales team as Field Sales Executives and Business Development Managers. Candidates with 1–6 years of experience in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–6 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Mandatory experience in FMCG or Electrical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
