Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize manpower for new and existing client contracts
- Source workers through local networks, references, placement agencies, and direct channels
- Maintain a manpower database with skills, location, and availability details
- Coordinate joining, documentation, and site deployment for new workers
- Arrange same-day or next-day replacements for absenteeism and attrition
- Conduct site inductions and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain an emergency manpower pool at all times
- Monitor and report on attendance, absenteeism, and attrition across sites
- Coordinate with Operations and Site Supervisors regarding manpower shortages
- Develop a reliable sourcing network of workers and sub-vendors
- Handle worker grievances and periodic worker interaction
- Coordinate PF/ESI/statutory documentation with HR and Accounts
- Prepare daily and weekly manpower deployment reports
- Support new-site mobilization within agreed timelines
Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in manpower mobilization, facility management, staffing, housekeeping, security, or labour contracting
- A strong, active field-level worker-sourcing network in Chennai
- Good knowledge of Chennai localities and worker commute patterns
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with frontline workers and supervisors
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the city
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Tamil fluency essential; basic English literacy required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,292.00 per month
