Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain billing records and update customer payment details.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for payment reconciliation.
- Prepare outstanding payment reports and MIS reports.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of billing and collections.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
