Job Summary
Warehouse International Private Limited (WIPL) is looking for energetic and enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and market research.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM systems.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Operations, International Business, or related specialization.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in sales/business development will be an added advantage.
