As a Community Manager / Front Desk Executive, you'll be the face of our coworking space, responsible for both managing community engagement and handling front desk operations. You will foster connections among members, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone walking through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage inquiries, reservations, and membership sign-ups efficiently and accurately.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Act as a liaison between members, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the business center.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Skill/experience in customer service, community management, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle front desk responsibilities effectively.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and computer proficiency.
- Language Skills : English and Hindi a great plus.
