Job Description:
Wefit Interiors is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support our interior and renovation projects team. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling administrative tasks, coordination, and basic documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Support project team with coordination and scheduling
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and office documents
- Manage attendance and employee records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
- Assist in HR and accounts-related basic tasks
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred
- 1–3 years experience in office administration
- Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Experience in construction/interior company is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
