Shift: Canadian Shift (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, depending on client requirements and daylight savings)

We are looking for motivated and analytical professionals to join our team as Business Operations Associates. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of one of our overseas insurance clients by managing business processes, analyzing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze business and claims-related data with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform operational and administrative support activities for overseas insurance processes.
- Update and maintain client information using Power Broker and other internal systems.
- Coordinate with clients and insurance partners to obtain required information and documentation.
- Draft and manage professional email communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational summaries using Microsoft Excel.
- Support internal performance metric tracking, reporting, and business analysis projects.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation, and basic dashboards).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional business email writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to learn new software and business processes quickly.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related specialization) OR
- B.Tech/B.E. (Any Engineering Discipline)
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
