Key Responsibilities
- Overall administration and management of the school.
- Ensure quality early childhood education and learning standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and staff.
- Monitor curriculum planning, implementation, and classroom activities.
- Maintain student safety, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Conduct teacher performance evaluations and training programs.
- Manage admissions, student enrollment, and retention activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and address concerns effectively.
- Organize school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with education policies and government regulations.
- Prepare and manage school budgets, resources, and expenses.
- Monitor attendance of students and staff.
- Maintain school records, reports, and documentation.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Lead school development, quality improvement, and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of school infrastructure and facilities.
- Implement health, hygiene, child protection, and safety protocols.
- Represent the school in meetings, community programs, and public relations activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or relevant field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of preschool and kindergarten teaching methodologies.
- Experience in school administration, staff management, and parent relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, school management systems, and educational reporting.
Experience Required: 5–10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool, Kindergarten, or School Administration, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
