We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive who can visit clients, generate leads, explain products, and increase sales for electrical products and solutions. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and customers in the assigned area
Promote company electrical products and services
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Handle client meetings and product presentations
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
Coordinate with the backend and operations team for order processing
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Support branding and promotional activities in the field
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of electrical products is preferred
Ability to travel locally for client meetings
Sales and negotiation skills
Target-oriented attitude
MS Excel and reporting basics preferred
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate
MBA or Sales background preferred
Experience
Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
Experience in field sales, electrical industry, or B2B sales preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
