Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Stock Market Trainer to educate and mentor both internal employees and external clients/students on financial markets, investment strategies, and trading concepts. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs, develop learning materials, and help build strong market knowledge while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Conduct online, offline and hybrid training sessions on stock market concepts.
- Deliver training programs for new employee onboarding and ongoing skill development.
- Train employees on equity, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, and other financial products.
- Develop and update training manuals, presentations, videos, assessments, and learning resources.
Employee Training
- Design induction and refresher training programs for internal employees.
- Assess employee learning through quizzes, practical assignments, and mock trading sessions.
- Identify knowledge gaps and create personalized learning plans.
- Mentor employees to improve product knowledge, customer communication, and market understanding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and improve workforce capability.
Market Education
- Teach technical analysis, fundamental analysis, risk management, portfolio management, trading psychology, and market regulations.
- Conduct live market analysis and explain market movements using real-time examples.
- Keep training content aligned with current market trends and regulatory updates.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and performance reports.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on training outcomes and employee development.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of stock markets, equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual funds.
- Excellent understanding of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and trading/charting platforms.
- Strong analytical, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NISM, NCFM, or other relevant financial market certifications are preferred.
- 2–5+ years of experience in stock market trading, investing, or financial training.
- Prior experience in employee training or learning and development is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
