ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Rent A Roof and SNC Promoters & Developers are two distinct premium South Delhi brands — a high-end real estate consultancy firm and a 25-year construction + design firm. Both have active social presence (SNC has 102K Instagram followers and 68K YouTube subscribers). We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can own content strategy and execution across both brands — someone who understands that the two brands have different voices, different audiences, and different content goals.
This is a high-ownership role. You will not be scheduling posts from a template. You will be building content calendars from scratch, writing hooks, coordinating shoots, and consistently raising the quality bar.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Manage and grow the social media presence of both brands across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with each brand's strategy — property launches and neighbourhood content for Rent A Roof; project showcases, behind-the-scenes builds, and design-led storytelling for SNC.
- Write hooks and captions that stop the scroll — you understand platform-native formats and what works for each audience.
- Compile video editor reference files (moodboards, pacing references, transition styles, VO scripts) to brief the video editor clearly on every reel or long-form piece.
- Coordinate and manage shoots — brief the photographer/videographer, prepare shot lists, ensure brand alignment on set.
- Schedule and publish all content across platforms on time and at optimal times.
- Conduct regular audience analysis — track follower growth, content performance, saves/shares, and audience demographics.
- Plan and coordinate paid social campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketer — align organic and paid messaging.
- Contribute to ad copy planning for both brands — translate brand positioning into short-form hooks and post copy for ads.
- Monitor comments, DMs (where applicable), and community interactions to maintain brand tone.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You have 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or in-house team — ideally real estate, luxury, interiors, or lifestyle.
- You can think in content series, not just individual posts — you build narratives across platforms.
- You write well. Your captions are not generic. Your hooks are specific and earned.
- You have coordinated shoots before — you know how to brief a photographer and what a shot list looks like.
- You can manage two very different brands simultaneously without blending their voices.
- You understand the difference between SNC's audience (premium homeowners wanting a design-build partner) and Rent A Roof's audience (HNIs, expats, corporate executives seeking South Delhi rentals and floors).
- You are based in or willing to commute to Defence Colony daily — this is a full-time on-site role.
- Candidates, especially Social Media Handlers or Content Strategists, must have hands-on experience with AI tools for video generation, a working knowledge of generative AI, and a willingness to adapt to evolving AI technologies. Familiarity with tools such as Krea.ai is required.
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
- Someone who relies on Canva templates and stock images — both brands have strict no-stock-imagery rules.
- Someone who equates posting frequency with strategy.
- A purely execution-level coordinator — we need someone who contributes ideas and owns outcomes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience handling a brand with 50K+ followers and an active engagement base.
- Familiarity with real estate content formats — neighbourhood walkthroughs, project reveals, before/after builds, client stories.
- Basic video editing ability (enough to trim reels or add captions) — even if you are not the primary editor.
- Understanding of SNC's brand personality: Bold, Crafted, Cinematic — and ability to carry that into content decisions.
- Experience briefing and working with videographers/photographers on location shoots.
