About Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and support operating systems, software applications, email systems, and user accounts.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including antivirus solutions, firewalls, access controls, and data protection protocols.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage system backups, data recovery processes, and software updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
